Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description NRI Industrial Sales, LLC has a full time opening in its Delta Ohio warehouse shipping department.
The position will perform a variety of shipping, receiving, production and housekeeping tasks.
Primary Objective To ensure packages are picked, packaged and shipped in accordance with customer needs.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Pack items for safe/damage free shipping to its final destination Ensure the product to be shipped match quantities, destination, and delivery method Handle customer pickups and returns Ability to climb up and down ladders to pick inventory for up to 8 hours per day Put away all small QA'd items on racking shelves Printing orders that need to be processed for that day's shipping Utilize handheld scanners for picking inventory items ranging from 1-75 lbs.
Proper and safe operation of all equipment needed to perform essential functions of the job:
Forklifts, Standing Lifts, Rolling Ladders, Floor and desk scales, Banding equipment.
Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Outstanding Attendance:
No unexcused absences or tardies Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma required, Post Secondary Education preferred 2 years of Previous Shipping/Warehouse experience Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally Must pass a background check and drug test Ability to work in a high pressured environment working to meet tight deadlines Why this is a Great Opportunity:
